Training at Wujido has really impacted my life!!!

Before I came here I was unconfident and unhealthy. After I began coming here I notice a difference in my confidence and my fitness level has really gone up.

Also, training here has improved my strength, and without Wujido I may have not reached my close to full potential. I love that in every class no matter how crowded or empty, the class is I always manage to sweat and have a good workout. I have not only learned great power here, but I also learned how to hold my strength and intensity to where I want it. I can't imagine where I would be without Wujido. Finally, I love all the forms and applications to the forms.
