There is probably no more famous martial art from China than Tai Chi, also spelled Taiji in the more recent, Pin Yin transliteration. Tai Chi is practiced the world over for its wonderful health benefits and is held in high regard in the medical community. Physicians and health care practitioners often recommend Tai Chi for individuals who have chronic ills or stress. Many are the amazing stories of individuals who have been remarkably helped by studying Tai Chi.

Our program includes the study of not one, but three Tai Chi routines from the first easy to learn form, to the original Yang Tai Chi Long Boxing Set of 108 movements.

Incuded also are many internal exercises not included in classes offered at other locations such as Meditation, Chi Gong, Daoyin Yoga, beginning to advanced application, Tui Shou and individual instruction. You are not a nameless face at Tai Chi Dallas.
